Catalogues:

Many of our customers have asked for catalogues.  At the present time we do not offer any type of printed catalogue.  Part of the reason for this is to keep our cost down enough so that we can offer our merchandise at reasonable prices.  Right now, we are strictly an online business.

Return Policy:

*All returned items must be in original packing, complete with warranty card and owner’s manual (if applicable), and show no signs of wear or abuse.  Any items returned incomplete or without original packaging are subject to a $25 processing charge, plus the cost of replacing missing items.  Bankcard returns will be issued a credit for purchase price.  Refunds are for product value only, not including shipping and handling (rush delivery included).  Returned products must be received by us not later than 30 days from date of purchase. Returns can only be made by original purchaser as this is a credit card business.  Returns on Leather goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Returns on large quantity orders are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is entered into the system, it cannot be cancelled. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.  The order will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking charge of 20%. Returned products must be received by us not later than 30 days from date of purchase.
